I use an attachment-focused lens to help you understand how your life experiences have shaped your current relationships and sense of self, so you can feel confident in your next chapter because you know the author.
Along with building a meaningful and attuned therapeutic relationship, I use EMDR, EFT, and Gottman Method Couples Therapy to help you heal from trauma and improve your relationships.
