I provide a safe and non-judgmental environment where you can explore your story and learn what message you are carrying with you from your journey so far that are keeping you stuck and unable to move toward being the person you want to be and living the life you want to live. I believe that once you hold this power to tell your own story, you get to write your future.
Whether your story contains trauma (single events or complex trauma), interpersonal difficulties and relationship conflict, depression, anxiety, struggles with gender identity or sexuality, difficulties around pregnancy and birth, or you’re still learning what your story holds, I can help. Through the use of evidenced based techniques including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), we can work together to identify the strengths and skills you already have that we can build upon and develop and practice new tools to facilitate your growth and healing.
