With experience in community mental health and residential treatment, I have supported individuals facing mood disorders, anxiety, substance use challenges, and significant life transitions. My specialties include trauma, substance use recovery, mood disorders, LGBTQ+ support, and gender-affirming care. My therapeutic approach is eclectic and tailored to each client's unique needs. I draw from various evidence-based modalities, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, CBT, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness practices, and a person-centered approach.
