I am an EMDR-trained therapist with a focus in dissociation & complex trauma. My style of therapy can be described as authentic and trauma-focused: I find extreme value in focusing on “what comes up” in the here-and-now, while also being aware that exploring our past can be both beneficial & necessary to promote the change that will harvest our future.
My goal as a therapist is to create a warm, collaborative, & comfortable alliance that builds on your individual strengths in order to create an empowering, safe space for recovery.
