I know that you are looking for an accepting, individualized environment to heal and grow through past experiences and current challenges. You may feel like you don’t understand what is happening in your life, you may start to notice patterns and make connections, but find that you don’t know where to go from here, how to build healthier habits and new understandings of the world, or just generally feel overwhelmed and all around not great. I know that your mind, body, and soul have the capacity to heal and work towards a fulfilling and enjoyable life, and it is my goal to build hope and confidence in your ability to do this. We will collaborate to create a plan for building a healthy satisfying life and I will work to provide support, guidance, and information to help you better understand yourself and become the healthiest, happiest you possible.
In my practice I use a combination of modalities including CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, and a person-centered approach. I feel confident that you are able to overcome your current challenges and create a hopeful, satisfying future.
