I am a Licensed Associate Counselor and I enjoy working with young adults, the LGBTQ+ community, and any neurodiverse individual looking for support with depression, anxiety, relationships, boundaries, life balance and more. I work to help create a positive and hopeful approach to life using Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness techniques and other dynamic therapeutic approaches to address your needs.
