Shelby Bussolotti, LMSW Bio
Seeking therapy takes courage, and you don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. I specialize in trauma & PTSD, psychosis, and substance use, including co-occurring disorders. I also work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, self-esteem, relationship challenges, life transitions, and chronic stress.
Using a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach, I integrate tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), behavioral therapies, psychodynamic work, and solution-focused strategies — tailoring each to fit your specific needs and goals. Together, we’ll work to stabilize emotions, safely process difficult experiences, and build practical coping skills that support real, lasting change.
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward, my goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered. Sessions focus on your strengths as much as your struggles, helping you build resilience, gain confidence, and move toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.
