Meet Alanna Johnson, LAC

I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, ADHD, self-esteem, and grief. I have a particular passion for supporting neurodivergent clients and those who identify as part of the LGBTQ+ community.

Navigating daily life can be overwhelming, and reaching out for support takes courage. Humans are hardwired for connection, and we’re not meant to carry everything alone. If you’re feeling overwhelmed and in need of support, we’ll create a safe space to explore past experiences, patterns, and values, and to develop coping skills.

My approach is person-centered and strengths-based, so you feel safe, heard, and empowered. I prioritize a nonjudgmental space where you can explore what’s meaningful to you. Drawing on CBT, DBT, and narrative therapy, I tailor treatment to honor your culture and lived experience. Together, we’ll build coping strategies, clarify your values, and work toward goals that matter to you.

Whether you’re coping with stress, the impacts of past experiences, or simply looking for support, I’d be honored to be part of your journey.
