Meet Chandler Peterson, LAC

Deciding to start therapy takes courage, and I’m glad you’re here. I work with adults and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, major life transitions, questions of faith or identity, or feeling stuck or overwhelmed. You don’t have to sort it out alone.

I see therapy as a collaboration. You know your life best, and I’m here to guide you in noticing and making sense of your emotions and finding healthier ways to respond to them. My primary approach is emotion-focused therapy, and I integrate acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) to help you build flexibility with difficult thoughts and move toward what matters most to you.

My style is warm, supportive, and non-judgmental, and I’ll move at a pace that feels safe for you. If you’re curious whether therapy might help, I welcome the chance to connect and see if we’re a good fit.
